What is StationPlayer?
StationPlayer is a Flash/Javascript player that also displays now playing information that you can place on your website to play your station to listeners. We have made it simple to put our player on your website, requiring only a simple iframe to allow your listeners to listen directly from your site.
Will StationPlayer work on my site?
StationPlayer will work on almost any site, in any location. All you have to do is copy the code from your dashboard and paste it on to your site wherever you would like the player to appear.
How does StationPlayer display now playing
StationPlayer pulls information from your ShoutCAST server using our proprietary API, allowing us to display up-to-date artist and song title information directly on the player.
Can I host StationPlayer on my site?
Currently at this time, StationPlayer can only be run by including the line of code from your control panel and cannot be hosted locally on your server. We are looking into making this option available for our more advanced users.
